Join a sacred space of like-minded spirit seekers for an evening of pure bliss. We explore a monthly topic with guided meditation.

The sessions often delve also into mindfulness and mindset tips and inspiration, mantras and affirmations, always with a sprinkle of magic

Mind Bliss Meditation will make you feel calmer and more balanced.

It will allow you to slide into bliss and energy alignment.

We delve into themes that incorporate topics such a: Compassion, Emotions, Reflection, Self-Love, Overcoming Fear, Abundance, Manifestation, Relationships, Energy, Stress and many more ...

You can join for a full 3 months and progressively bring consciousness to all areas of your life through your Meditation Practice or join us just for the Monthly Theme that calls to you.




Mindfulness and Mindset Tools & Tips


We weave in some simple and impactful processes and techniques in the session. When we are mindful, we become aware and conscious of things around us and within us, mindfulness is exceptional for living in the now and being fully present. We use mindfulness as a complement to your mindset. We provide tools to help you truly mold how you make sense of the world and yourself, as well as techniques to positively instill transformational and change-oriented habits.




Guided Meditation


We explore relaxation, inner calm, and chakra alignment through breath and body-mind harmony. This leads to a guided meditation path that includes peaceful visualisations, soothing invitations to observe and be at one with one's self, spirit, and soul.




A Sprinkle of Magic


Like glitter that twinkles and sparkles, the magic dust is sprinkled on each session. The energies of the sacred circle of souls combined with the intention of joy and serenity is like a wand of magic over all those who attend.




Online Zoom Sessions


Two Mind Bliss Meditations are held per month, normally on a Monday evening on Zoom.

The sessions are approximately 1 hour and are structred around a fluid format that incorporates intention setting, self check-ins, breath awareness, sensation activations, guided medations, a sharing circle and often a group card reading.
